20:10 Interval Set - Set up the Gymboss for 20 seconds on the first set, and 10 seconds for the second set.

Give yourself 10 total sets on the Gymboss.
  1. Push up
  2. Speed skater lunge jump
  3. Shoulder press/squat
  4. Squat jump
  5. DB deadlift/burpee
  6. Push up
  7. Speed skater lunge jump
  8. Shoulder press/squat
  9. Squat jump
  10. DB deadlift/burpee
After completing these 10 sets, rest up to one minute and try the entire 10 sets again (up to three times).
